AASTMT - Saudi University of Business and Technology “Agreement”

Within the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport`s (AASTMT) endeavor to consolidate bonds of cooperation, always look forward to new future horizons and continuously support the educational process as to keep pace with the continuous technological development, H.E. Prof. Dr. Ismail Abdel Ghaffar Ismail - AASTMT President and H.E. Dr. Abdullah bin Sadiq Dahlan - Chairman of the Board of Trustees of University of Business and Technology (UBT) in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between AASTMT and UBT. The agreement was signed on Sunday 14- 9- 2025, in the presence of a number of senior officials from both sides.

The MoU covers cooperation in the areas of artificial intelligence, engineering and technology, international transport and logistics, management and technology, including the exchange of students and academic staff members, and the promotion of scientific research, developing joint programs, and exchanging technical consultations. Through this agreement, both parties' positions will be strengthened and new international academic accreditations will be obtained, as UBT is one of the leading private universities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
