AASTMT Students' Achievements in the International Competition of the Military Technical College

Within the achievements of the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport (AASTMT) and the prosperity of its educational process, the "SkyXperts UAVC" team of AASTMT students achieved the second place internationally and first place in Egypt in the Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Challenge (UAVC) category “Multi-Rotor”. This achievement occurred during the International Military Technical College Competition that was held during the period from 26 – 31 July, 2025, in the fields of artificial intelligence and cybersecurity.

In accordance with the directives of H.E. Prof. Dr. Ismail Abdel Ghaffar Ismail Farag - AASTMT President, to promote innovation and scientific research in order to develop a generation of youth capable of competing globally, 15 students from AASTMT AbuKir campus College of Engineering and Technology, and College of Computing and Information Technology, as well as students from AASTMT Alamein campus College of Engineering and Technology, and College of Artificial Intelligence, successfully designed and manufactured an advanced quadcopter that proved its efficiency during the competition. It is worth mentioning that this achievement is the result of two years of consistent work by AASTMT students and ongoing support from AASTMT.
