AASTMT Progress On “The Times Higher Education Impact Rankings 2025”

Within the results of the Times Higher Education Impact Rankings 2025 that is considered to be one of the top ratings for the world universities that are committed to fostering the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and working towards equality and a sustainable future. The results of the most recent ranking in 2025 indicated that the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport (AASTMT) achieved a remarkable progress at local, regional and international levels.

As seen by the current rankings, AASTMT has made significant progress since joining the worldwide university rankings. Out of 51 participating educational institutions in Egypt, AASTMT ranked "1st" locally, and out of 350 Arab universities, it placed the "8th" at the level of Arab universities and the "104th" globally, out of 2,318 universities at the level of international universities participating in the Times Higher Education rankings.

In this regard, H.E Prof. Dr. Ismail Abdel Ghaffar Ismail Farag - AASTMT President extends his sincere congratulations to all AASTMT Family and praised the performance of "AASTMT Follow-Up Committee for The Times Higher Education Impact Rankings". Additionally, His Excellency expressed his gratitude, as AASTMT has achieved a remarkable progress at the level of international universities on 2025 results of the Times Higher Education Impact Rankings 2025.
