“AASTMT - New Egypt Group” Memorandum of Understanding

The Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport (AASTMT) and the New Egypt Group signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) on Thursday 12- 12- 2024, at AASTMT Alamein Campus.

H.E. Prof. Dr. Ismail Abdel Ghaffar Ismail - AASTMT President and H.E. Dr. Ghada Ali - Member of the House of Representatives for the Coordination of Youth Parties and Politicians and Regional Director of New Egypt Group in Egypt and the Middle East, signed a memorandum of understanding in the presence of H.E. Major General Khaled Shoeib - Governor of Matrouh, H.E. Major General Khaled Shafiq - Vice Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Foundation, Egypt Branch, and a group of AASTMT Officials.

The Memorandum of Understanding seeks to increase collaboration between the two parties and raise awareness of AASTMT training and programs through digital platforms and community activities. Along with developing educational partnerships and student exchange programs with American universities, the agreement also aims at participating AASTMT in the New Egypt Foundation charitable activities. These activities include implementing health and educational initiatives in the governorates, organizing conferences, exhibitions, and workshops, and collaborating on national and international campaigns aimed at promoting education and innovation among young people.
