As part of the third day of the Arab Youth Media Creativity Summit, organized by the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport (AASTMT) at its New Alamein campus, Professor Nabila Makram, former Minister of Immigration and Chair of the Board of Trustees of the "Fahim" Foundation for Psychological Support, delivered a workshop entitled: “Social Media and Identity… Our Path to Better Mental Health.”
During the workshop, Makram addressed the impact of social media on Arab identity and its role in promoting youth mental health, stressing the importance of conscious and positive use of these platforms as a means of building balanced personalities and strengthening belonging and identity.
