????✨ Day Two Activities of the Summer Camp – Electrical and Control Engineering Department ✨????
The Electrical and Control Engineering Department at the College of Engineering and Technology – Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport – continued its summer camp activities into the second day, offering participating school students an engaging, hands-on educational experience full of scientific challenges.
???? The day began with the workshop “Build Your Own Electric Magic” in the Electrical Circuits Lab, where students performed practical experiments to understand the fundamentals of electrical circuits.
???? This was followed by the workshop “You Can Move Things Without Touching Them!” in electromagnetism, where participants discovered how magnetic forces can move objects without physical contact.
???? In the Renewable Energy Lab, students learned about the importance of sustainable energy through the workshop “Save the Earth! Towards Sustainable Clean Energy.” They then moved to the Industrial Control Lab for the session “A Journey into Industry!” to explore control systems used in industrial processes.
???? The day concluded with a fun, competitive challenge that showcased the students’ newly acquired skills, followed by the distribution of participation certificates in appreciation of their active involvement.
???? Our deepest gratitude to the department’s faculty, students, and alumni for their outstanding organization, and to the participating students for their enthusiasm and creative spirit — which made the day truly vibrant with energy and knowledge.
