"AASTMT President - Vice Chairman of the Egyptian Exchange" Meeting

H.E. Prof. Dr. Ismail Abdel Ghaffar Ismail Farag – President of the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport (AASTMT), met Mr. Mohamed Sabry - Vice Chairman of the Egyptian Exchange (EGX), at AASTMT Heliopolis campus. The meeting was held to discuss ways of cooperation in areas of mutual interest as keeping on AASTMT consolidations for the bonds of cooperation which are always looking forward to new future prospects, as AASTMT saved no effort in supporting the educational process.

During the meeting, the EGX Vice Chairman emphasized the significance of encouraging financial literacy among students. He acknowledged the role of the capital market in economic growth and expressed pleasure in being graduated from AASTMT, which polished his skills and provided him with valuable scientific experience, both of which had a significant influence on his career. He additionally discussed with the AASTMT President the ways to organize training sessions, seminars, and workshops that guide students concerning stock market mechanisms and trading strategies in an attempt to increase students' comprehension of investing. H.E. AASTMT President underscored the importance of this partnership in developing students' abilities, bolstering their capacities, supporting their investment and entrepreneurial aspirations, and assisting in the building of capable professionals who can support efforts for sustainable economic development. As, this initiative aligns with AASTMT commitment to developing students' skills and providing a comprehensive educational and training environment.
