"Northampton University" Delegation at AASTMT

Within the the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport’s (AASTMT) keenness to always look forward to new future horizons, seek mutual cooperation with major international universities and activate double degree programs, H.E. Prof. Dr. Ismail Abdel Ghaffar Ismail Farag - AASTMT President welcomed a delegation from the University of Northampton in the United Kingdom, headed by H.E. Prof. Dr. Shan Davies - Vice Dean of the Faculty of Education, Arts, Science and Technology. The meeting was held on Tuesday 16- 12- 2025, at AASTMT Abukir Campus, in the presence of a group of AASTMT senior officials.During the visit, AASTMT President welcomed the delegation and expressed his delight with AASTMT and the University of Northampton's collaboration. His Excellency emphasized the strategic partnership's focus on expansion through cooperation across other AASTMT campuses and the launching of new educational programs that address the demands of the global labor market. AASTMT aims to improve collaboration in contemporary domains such as cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and nursing, while fostering the growth of globally competent individuals. Additionally, the University of Northampton delegation commended the AASTMT academic standards and expected further cooperation in both education and research.
