AASTMT President Meetings with Mauritanian Ministers

Within the visit of H.E. Prof. Dr. Ismail Abdel Ghaffar Ismail - President of the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport (AASTMT) to the Islamic Republic of Mauritania, as to participate in the International Conference on Artificial Intelligence that was held during the period from 26 - 27, May 2025, in Nouakchott – Mauritania, H.E. AASTMT President met a number of Mauritanian ministers, where they discussed the methods of cooperation.

H.E AASTMT President met H.E. Mr. Ahmed Salem Ould Bede - Mauritanian Minister of Digital Transformation and Administrative Modernization, as His Excellency met H.E. Prof. Dr. Yacoub Ould Amin - Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research. Moreover, AASTMT President met H.E. Mr.Ambassador Al-Talib Akhyar Abdi Salem Ababy, at the headquarters of the Mauritanian Diplomatic Academy in Nouakchott, as well as H.E. Colonel Mohamed Bab - Director of the Mauritanian Naval College. AASTMT President several meetings were held in the presence of an elite group of academic and leadership figures, including Dr. Ikhwan Corchado - President of the University of Salamanca, Dr. Alba Al-Sarwan - Director of the National Cybersecurity Authority in Spain, Dr. Hoda Baraka - Advisor to the Egyptian Minister of Communications and Information Technology, and Mr. Mohamed Ould Babah - Advisor to AASTMT President.
