Inauguration of AASTMT Alamein Campus "New Medical Facilities"

The Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport (AASTMT) held an opening ceremony of AASTMT Alamein Campus new medical facilities on Saturday 24- 8- 2024, at AASTMT Alamein Campus.

In the presence of H.E. Mr. Ahmed Aboul Gheit - Secretary General of the League of Arab States, H.E. Prof. Dr. Ayman Ashour - Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research inaugurated AASTMT Alamein Campus new medical facilities with the participation of H.E. Prof. Dr. Ismail Abdel Ghafar Ismail Farag - AASTMT President, H.E. Major General Khaled Shoeib - Governor of Matrouh, H.E. Major General Dr. Bahaa El-Din Zidan - Head of the Egyptian Authority for Unified Procurement, Medical Supply and Supply and Medical Technology Management, H.E. Dr. Mustafa Refaat - Secretary of the Supreme Council of Universities, in addition to a group of Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research officials, university presidents, and AASTMT officials.

H.E. Minister of Scientific Research and Higher Education opened the first phase of AASTMT Hospital in New Alamein City, which includes 12 resident rooms, 3 classrooms, 8 specialized clinics, an isolation room, and a mobile radiology department.  Along with the inauguration of the specialized dental clinics, four of which are outfitted with lasers, cutting-edge nerve treatment equipment, and digital imaging systems that depend on artificial intelligence and digital mechanization, there was the Dental Hospital, which has four specialized clinics and four basic clinics for student training.
