AASTMT Participation in the 34th international conference of the Supreme Council for Islamic Affairs

Within the 34th international conference of the Supreme Council for Islamic Affairs (SCIA) that was held under the patronage of His Excellency the Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, H.E. Prof. Dr. Ismail Abdel Ghafar Ismail Farag – President of the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport (AASTMT), and a group of AASTMT officials and AASTMT Colleges of Language and Media deans and students participated in the conference activities. The conference was held on 9 – 10 September 2023, and under the title "Cyberspace and modern means of religious speech between rational use and deviating from seriousness".
It is worth to mention that during the conference activities, His Excellency AASTMT President chaired the activities of the fifth scientific session entitled: “The Academic Vision for Dealing with Cyberspace,” as the conference included a number of different topics that was held in the presence of H.E. Dr. Mohamed Mokhtar Gomaa - Egypt’s Awqaf Minister and a group of the honorable scholars of Al-Azhar, the ministers of Islamic affairs in the Arab countries, the muftis, ambassadors, scholars and thinkers from various countries of the world.
