Visit of the Secretary-General of the League of Arab States

Upon the occasion of the 51st meeting session for the High Coordination Committee for joint Arab Action of the League of Arab States at the headquarters of the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport in El Alamein.

His Highness the Secretary-General of the League of Arab States, Mr. Ahmed Aboul Gheit, toured the College of Pharmacy In presence of His Excellency Prof. Ismail Abdel Ghaffar, President of the Academy, Prof. Evan Saad, Dean of the College of Pharmacy and was briefed on the latest tools and clinical-pharmacy education programs such as the “Body Interact Clinical Simulator”.

Prof. Dr. Mohamed Etman, the professor at the college of pharmacy, presented the idea of the clinical simulator and its practical and educational benefits, that would help in developing the students’ skills. In addition to its positive impacts that will be reflected on the level of graduates and their efficiency in practicing clinical pharmacy post-graduation.
