Dr. Hesham Arafat  - Former Minister of Transport of the Arab Republic of Egypt, Asking Allah to grant mercy and to rest his soul in Paradise, and to inspire his family with patience and fortitude. Indeed, we belong to Allah and we will have to return to Him.
