Prof. Alaa Mahmoud Morsy a keynote speaker at the MEDPORTS Association Seminar

In the presence of members of the Mediterranean Ports Association (MEDPORTS) and the heads of ports in the North and South Mediterranean, Professor. Alaa Mahmoud Morsy, Dean of Port Training Institute, PTI , participated on Wednesday, December 13, 2023, as  a keynote speaker in the seminar organized by the MEDPORTS Association in collaboration with the National Ports Agency in Casablanca, Kingdom of Morocco.. His presentation was on the topic "Bouncing the Horizon of  Sustainable innovative Ports," emphasizing the importance of innovation management, encouraging staff development, fostering innovative ideas, and showcasing global port experiences influenced by innovation policies. PTI, under Prof. Morsy's leadership, supports innovation through AI applications in ports, international collaborations, and highlighted the significance of a joint diploma with the Valencia Ports Foundation on innovation and entrepreneurship. The institute also awarded a shield to Ms. Nadia Laraky, the President of the National Ports Agency, strengthening the collaboration between the institute, the agency, and Moroccan container Terminals.
