RMSI Participates in a Meeting with the Secretary-General of MOESNA

Dr. Capt. Mohamed Mah. Abdel-Fattah Hafez, Dean of the Regional Maritime Security Institute (RMSI) at the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport (AASTMT), participated in a meeting with the Secretary-General of the International Maritime Organization (IMO) for Eastern, Southern and Northern Africa (MOESNA), held on 30 June 2025.

This participation reflects RMSI’s commitment to strengthening regional cooperation and coordination in maritime affairs, promoting the exchange of expertise, and supporting efforts to enhance maritime security and safety, thereby fostering greater integration and collaboration among maritime institutions and organizations across the region.
