Conclusion of the International Conference on Training and Organizational Development TOD 25 in Alexandria

The TOD’25 – Training and Organizational Development Conference  concluded successfully yesterday, Thursday, 4 December 2025, after two days of events (3–4 December 2025) at the *Agora Hall* in Helnan Antoniadis Hotel – Alexandria, under the theme:

 

The Impact of Artificial Intelligence on the Future of the Workforce

and under the patronage and in the presence of H.E. Prof. Dr. Ismail Abdel Ghafar Ismail Farag, President of the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport.

 

The closing events witnessed the attendance of a large number of international experts and leaders in training and human resources from England, the United States, Sweden, Malaysia, Belgium, Egypt, Libya, and Morocco, in an event that has become a distinguished platform for exchanging expertise and shaping a more prepared future workforce.

 

At the end of the closing session, Prof. Alaa Mahmoud Morsy, Dean of Port Training Institute and Maritime Research and Consultation Center at the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport, honored all the conference speakers from inside and outside the Arab Republic of Egypt, as well as a group of trainees from the Kingdom of Morocco.

 

An AI-generated video was presented, announcing the conclusion of the second edition of the International Conference on Training and Organizational Development. Prof.. Alaa Morsy then delivered a speech expressing his gratitude to the conference speakers, the organizing committee, and all attendees.

 

We look forward, God willing, to meeting again at the third edition of the International Conference on Training and Organizational Development TOD’26 in October next year.
