Visit of the Chairman of MAPSO Company for Marine Equipment and Supplies to the Port Training Institute

Within the framework of the Port Training Institute and the Maritime Research & Consultation Center’s commitment to enhancing cooperation with leading regional and international companies and expanding the horizons of partnership in the fields of training and consultancy, the Institute received today, Wednesday, September 4, 2025, a delegation from MAPSO Company for Marine Equipment and Supplies, headed by Eng. Philippe Gabriel, Chairman of the Board, and Eng. Mohamed Abdel Azim, Board Member.
The delegation was welcomed by Prof.  Alaa Mahmoud Morsy, Dean of  Port Training Institute and the Maritime Research & Consultation Center for the Maritime Transport Sector at the Academy, along with Dr. Essam Mostafa, Director of Business Development, Mr. Ahmed Shari, Head of Public Relations, Eng. Amr Ramadan, Head of Engineering Programs, and Eng. Omar Mohamed from the Crane Simulators Department.
The visit began with a welcoming meeting during which aspects of mutual cooperation in the field of training were reviewed, and the Institute delivered a detailed presentation on its capabilities and previous expertise in training and consultancy.
Members of both delegations expressed their great admiration for the training and consultancy services provided by the Institute.
This visit comes within the framework of the Institute’s strategy to build effective partnerships with leading companies in order to elevate the level of training and consultancy in the ports and maritime transport sectors
