The Commission for Educational & Cultural Exchange between the United States of America and the Arab Republic of Egypt of the Binational Fulbright Commission in Egypt announces for “Fulbright Scholar-in-Residence (SIR)” program for the academic year 2019 – 2020, where the Program offers opportunities to Egyptian academic staff members to spend three to ten months teaching and consulting at the University of Otero Junior College, Colorado, USA for an academic year from August 1, 2018 to May 21, 2019, in the field of social sciences (international relations / political science and sociology).It is worth to mention that the Binational Fulbright Commission in Egypt was established in 1949 through a protocol between the Egyptian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the U.S. State Department.
