Session (47) of the Higher Coordinating Committee for Arab Joint Action

H.E Prof. Dr. Ismail Abdel Ghafar Ismail Farag - President of the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport (AASTMT) participated in the meetings of the Higher Coordinating Committee for Arab Joint Action – session (47) that was held in the presence of and under the chairmanship of H.E Mr. Ahmed Aboul Gheit - Secretary General of the League of Arab States during the period from 1 – 3 July 2018, at the Royal Conference Palace in Jeddah, and under the patronage of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud of Saudi Arabia and in the presence of H.E Dr. Nizar Madany - Saudi Arabia Minister for Foreign Affairs and H.E Heads of the Arab organizations and members of the Committee.
On the sidelines of the meetings, H.E AASTMT President signed a co-operational agreement with Arab Organization for Tourism headed by H.E Dr. Bandar Bin Fahad Al Fahid, where the agreement aims at supporting the Arab youth as one of the main engines in creating sustainable economic growth, as well as supporting the concept of entrepreneurship, encourage young people through technical support as to provide them with the necessary tools for the establishment of new companies in the field of tourism, in addition to empower Arab women in entrepreneurship.
