Within the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport (AASTMT) co-operational agreements with different World Universities and institutions that promote discussion and exchange of experiences, AASTMT singed a protocol of cooperation with Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU), in the presence of H.E. Ambassador Salem Mubarak Al Shafi — Ambassador of the State of Qatar to the Arab Republic of Egypt on Tuesday 17- 1- 2023, at AASTMT Smart Village Campus.H.E Prof. Dr. Ismail Abdel Ghafar Ismail Farag - AASTMT President, H.E. Eng. Ali Bin Abdullatif Al Misned - Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Indian University in Qatar, and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Servicex Group for Logistics Services, and H.E. Eng. Mohamed Alwan - Member of the Board of Directors of the Indian University in Qatar, Executive Director Servicex Group for Logistics Services, discussed the methods of cooperation and exchange of experiences in areas of mutual interest, then, they signed an agreement between AASTMT and SPPU as to support support and enhance academic cooperation in the field of education, scientific research, student exchange and program development, in addition to AASTMT summer training program for SPPU students, as keeping on enhancing the constructive cooperation that achieves mutual benefits and stronger relations. and AASTMT Officials.It`s worth to mention that Savitribai Phule Pune University is the first Indian university in Qatar, established on 10 February 1949, as a multidisciplinary university, with 50 departments and 900 affiliated colleges and institutes.
