Within the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport (AASTMT) consolidations for the bonds of cooperation which are always looking forward to new future prospects, H.E Prof. Dr. Ismail Abdel Ghafar Ismail - AASTMT President met H.E Dr. Igor Karpenko - Minister of Education of the State of Belarus, on Thursday 24- 6- 2021, as they discussed the methods of cooperation that promote discussion and exchange of experiences in areas of mutual interest, and that was held in the presence of a number of Officials from both parties, where a number of meetings were held with some university leaders and they sign a memorandum of mutual understanding, as well as bilateral negotiations were held with the Belarusian State Medical University and the Ministry of Antimonopoly Regulation and Trade of the Republic of Belarus.
