H.E Prof. Ismail Abdel Ghafar Ismail Farag - President of the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport (AASTMT) participated in the closing ceremony of "The Egyptian-Russian Nuclear Power Forum", on Tuesday 07- 12- 2021, at Al Manara International Conference Center in New Cairo, at the generous invitation of H.E Dr. Amged El-Wakeel - Chairman of the Board of Nuclear Power Plants Authority.The event was held in the presence of H.E Egyptian Prime Minister Dr. Mostafa Madbouly, H.E Dr. Mohamed Shaker - Minister of Electricity and Renewable Energy, H.E Dr. Yasmine Fouad - Minister of Environment, H.E Dr. Amr Talaat - Minister of Communications and Information Technology, H.E Eng. Mohamed Ahmed Morsi - Minister of State for Military Production, H.E Lieutenant-General Abdel Moneim Al-Terras - Chairman of the Arab Organization for Industrialization (AOI), and H.E Mr Georgy Borisenko - Russian Ambassador in Cairo, in addition to the participation of a group of leaders and nuclear energy experts in Egypt and Russia, as for Egypt’s orientation to the peaceful uses of nuclear energy, as well as to partners in Russia with their leadership and experience in this field.
