Within the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport (AASTMT) consolidations for the bonds of cooperation which are always looking forward to new future prospects, as AASTMT saved no effort in supporting the educational process, AASTMT welcomed H.E Eng. Hossam El-Gamal - Executive President of the National Telecom Regulatory Authority (NTRA), and NTRA delegation, on Thursday 24- 2- 2022, at AASTMT AbuKir Campus in Alexandria.
During the Visit, the delegation met H.E Prof. Dr. Ismail Abdel Ghafar Ismail Farag - AASTMT President, as AASTMT Officials and Academic staff, as they discussed the methods of joint cooperation, as well as they signed a co-operational agreement between AASTMT and NTRA, then the delegation visited AASTMT Planetarium and AASTMT Integrated Simulator Complex (ISC)
The National Telecom Regulatory Authority (NTRA) was established in accordance with the provisions of Telecom Regulation Law No. 10/ 2003. as the national authority competent to regulate and administer the telecommunications sector. NTRA, pursuant to the Law, aims to enhance and deploy services in compliance with the most advanced technologies, satisfying the customers’ needs at the most appropriate prices, taking into consideration transparency, open competition, universal service and the protection of customers’ rights.
