H.E Prof. Dr. Ismail Abdel Ghafar Ismail Farag - President of the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport (AASTMT) participated in the First Red Sea Maritime Transport and Logistics Conference (RSMTL) that is held under the auspices of H.E Lieutenant-General, Eng. Kamel AL-Wazir - Egyptian Minister of Transport, and H.E Dr. Khaled Abdel Ghaffar - Egyptian Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, during the period from 20 - 21 February 2022, at the Nile Ritz-Carlton, Cairo. It’s worth to mention that RSMTL is the first Conference that presents the current aspects and the future vision of Maritime Transport in the countries bordering the Red Sea. Egypt will host the First Edition of the Conference with the participation of ministries, economic and logistical zones, institutions, authorities, ports, shipping companies and shipping lines, in addition to a number of H.E Transport Ministers, Ambassadors and trade representatives of countries bordering the Red Sea coast, and Heads of ports and companies operating in the Maritime Transport and logistics Sectors.
