The International Conference for Maritime Transport and Logistics "Sustainable Development of Suez Canal Region"

The Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport (AASTMT) in cooperation with AASTMT Port Training Institute and AASTMT Maritime Research and Consultation Centre will hold the International Conference for Maritime Transport and Logistics - MARLOG 2 that entitled "Sustainable Development of Suez Canal Region", from 17 – 19 March 2013, at Hilton Green Plaza Hotel - Alexandria – Egypt.
The conference will be held under the auspices of H.E Prof. Dr. Nabil Elaraby, Secretary-General of the League of Arab States and H.E. Dr. Hatem Abdel Latif - Egyptain Minister of Transport, as it will be held in co-organization with Suez Canal Authority as well as Shipping Economics and Logistics (ISL) – Bremen – Germany.
Moreover, H.E Prof. Dr. Ismail Abdel Ghafar Ismail Farag - President of the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport (AASTMT) will inaugurate the conference in the presence of H.E. Admiral Mohab Mohamed Hussien Mameesh - Chairman & Managing Director of Suez Canal Authority and H.E. Counselor Mohamed Atta Abbas – Alexandria Governor, Maritime Transport sector Leaders, Arab and Egyptian Seaports Chairmen in addition to a gathering of VIPs, Ambassadors and Consuls from the Arab Republic of Egypt.
