H.E Prof. Dr. Ismail Abdel Ghafar Ismail - AASTMT President will receive H.E Eng. Atef Helmy – Egyptian Minister of Communications and Information Technology, on Sunday 1- 9- 2013, at AASTMT - AbuKir Campus - Alexandria, to sign a protocol of cooperation between AASTMT and the Egyptian Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, and that will be held in the presence of H.E General Tarek al-Mahdy - Governor of Alexandria.
