The Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport (AASTMT) has returned as an Arab Olympic Village for all Egyptian and Arab teams, where many of the Egyptian teams of karate, weightlifting, Women football had implemented the players preparation period on AASTMT courts, as well as their full board accommodation at AASTMT hotels, as they had joined by teams from Kuwait and Jordan in the Games of swimming and Women football, as for the football teams, there are many teams as Al Ahli Benghazi and the majority are from the Egyptian league such as: Al Ittihad, ENPPI, Petrojet, Mahalla, Merrikh, ElQanaa, El Sharkia , Assuit, Haras El-Hedood, Al Ragaa, Tala`ea Al-Gaish.
