Having been selected as a member to serve on the Board of Governors for the World Maritime University (WMU) by the International Maritime Organization (IMO), as being the president of one of the greatest organizations specialized in the field of maritime transport, H.E Prof. Dr. Ismail AbdelGhafar Ismail Farag - President of the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport (AASTMT) has participated in the meeting of WMU Board of Governors that was held on Monday 2- 11- 2015, in Malmo - Sweden, in the presence of H.E Prof. Dr.Cleopatra Doumbia Henry - WMU President and H.E Mr Ki-Tack Lim - IMO President-elect as of January 2016.It’s worth to mention that AASTMT President participated in the graduation ceremony of WMU Graduate Studies (Class of 2015) that was held in the presence of H.E Mr. Koji Sekimizu - Secretary General of IMO.
