Under the auspices of H.E Prof. Dr. Ismail Abdel Ghafar Ismail Farag – President of the Arab Academy for Science, Technology & Maritime Transport (AASTMT), AASTMT Arab Institute for Leadership Development organized a workshop that entitled “Learning to lead Adaptively” in collaboration with the Arab European Leadership Network in Higher Education “ARELEN” and Cardiff Metropolitan University. The workshop will be held during 25 - 26 February 2015, at AASTMT AbuKir Campus – Alexandria, with the participation of Presidents, Rectors and Vice Chancellors of universities from different Arab countries as Morocco, Sudan, Jordan and Egypt.
