Within the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport (AASTMT) membership of the International Association of Maritime Universities (IAMU) during the period from April 2016 to March 2018, H.E Prof. Dr. Ismail Abdel Ghafar Ismail Farag - AASTMT President attended the meetings of “session 6” of IAMU Executive Council that is held during 9 – 13 October 2017, in Varna - Bulgaria.It is worth to mention that AASTMT has been selected for the membership in IAMU Executive Council consecutively for the second time for the next session during the period from April 2018 to March 2020, as for AASTMT outstanding participation in the field of maritime education, training, activities and scientific research, as well as in IAMU development projects.
