A delegation from Sonangol International Maritime Company visited the Institute of Maritime Upgrading Studies Institute

A delegation from Sonangol International Maritime Company visited the Institute of Maritime Upgrading Studies Institute at the Academy on Sunday and Monday, December 4 and 5, 2022. The delegation inspected the the Institute of Maritime Upgrading Studies Institute building and the institute’s classrooms. They also visited the planetarium, the integrated simulator complex, the Maritime Safety Institute, the admission and registration building, the library, and other sectors of the Academy. The delegation was received by Captain MAGED MOHAMED ABDOU ELSAYED IBRAHIM, Dean of the Institute of Maritime Upgrading Studies Institute, and the Institute’s responsibility centers. The delegation also met with the Academy’s Vice President for Maritime Affairs, Professor Dr. Al-Sanousi Balbaa, to discuss various aspects of cooperation in all areas of maritime education and training and specialized courses for seafarers, Officer and Marine Engineering working on board the company’s various ships.
