The Arab Institute for Leadership Development at the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport (AASTMT), in cooperation with Abu Qir Fertilizers and Chemical Industries Company, celebrated the graduation of the first cohort of the "Leadership Development Program." The program was specially designed and delivered to prepare future leaders who are capable of keeping pace with the requirements of organizational development and supporting the company's path toward growth and excellence.

The ceremony was attended by H.E. Eng. Hany Dahy, Chairman of Abu Qir Fertilizers and Chemical Industries Company; H.E. Prof. Ismail Abdel Ghaffar Ismail Farag, President of the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport; Prof. Alaa Abdel Bari, Vice President for Postgraduate Studies and Scientific Research; Prof. Dina Fadaly, Dean of the Arab Institute for Leadership Development; and Dr. Tarek El-Bakly,Head of Human Resources Departement.
