First Global leadership summit

The Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport (AASTMT), represented by the Arab Institute for Leadership Development, launched the Global Leadership Summit at its main headquarters in Abu Qir, with the participation of prominent international experts and speakers.

The summit was attended by H.E. Prof. Dr. Ismail Abdel Ghaffar Ismail Farag, President of AASTMT, along with senior academy officials and global leadership experts. The event aimed to showcase successful leadership experiences, promote knowledge exchange, and develop modern perspectives on effective leadership.

For her part, Prof. Dr. Dina Fadaly, Dean of the Arab Institute for Leadership Development, emphasized that the summit brings together leading thinkers and executives to share practical insights and strategies for developing leaders with integrity and initiative. She highlighted that leadership is not merely a title or achievement, but a responsibility rooted in service, vision, and courage in decision-making, describing the summit as a shared commitment to prepare leaders capable of creating lasting and meaningful impact.
