The 3rd International Staff Training Week (ESOGU ISTW 2025)
This's an announcement and information required for the 3rd International Staff Training Week (ESOGU ISTW 2025) between 12-16 May 2025 within the Erasmus+ ICM partnership between ESOGU and AASTMT.
The entire details and information for Staff Mobility to ESOGU in this form to ensure about the selection for the mentioned staff mobility.
The following points are very important to proceed with submitting your information regarding to the Mobility:
1. Only Academic Staff will be accepted to attend the Mobility.
2. All Academic fields are possible.
3. The staff is required to present a project idea that has the potential to be turned into a proposal for Funding. You will find some questions that need to be filled out in the Google Form and attached Template.
4. There will be a dedicated day for participants to introduce their institutions during 15 Minutes sessions. So, make sure that you can make a presentation about AASTMT.
5. The mobility grant will be paid on 16th May 2025, Friday, on the last day of the staff week.
6. As the staff will carry out an Erasmus+ ICM mobility, the above dates must be taken into consideration to be able to pay the grants, (5 days for mobility between 12-16 May 2025 & 2 days for travel). The Grant will cover the training cost that includes cost of stay and travel cost (Based on Erasmus+ ICM Rules).
7. Deadline for Submissions on Monday 21st April 2025 (21/04/2025).
