o Amira Mohamed Ali. Former acting head of the Languages Unit (Part of College of Language and Communication – Alexandria HQ), South Valley Branch, Arab Academy for Science, Technology, and Maritime Transport (one of the Arab League organizations), Egypt. Amira Graduated in Faculty of Arts, English Language and Literature Department, Alexandria University, Egypt in 2004. Finished her Master's degree with contribution in 2015. Finished her PhD. (Grade: Excellent with first degree honors) at Ain Shams University, Cairo in 2025 (paperwork in progress). She has finished her preliminary studies for PhD with a GPA of 3.9 (10 courses). She is also a Cambridge CELTA certified teacher. Currently, an assistant lecturer, a coordinator, an ISO supervisor, a course/material/exams designer at College of Languages and Communication (CLC), Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport (AASTMT), Alexandria, Egypt (2005 - Present). She is also a TOEFL iBT preparation Instructor. Amira is an instructor with over 20 years of experience (in both on campus and online teaching cultures) in a culturally diverse educational environment as the AASTMT is part of the Arab League and also serves several African countries. She is also a Language Teacher Training Certificate holder and has passed the TOEFL iBT exam with a score of 117/120 (2014). She holds an acknowledged Arabic Language course certificate from a state university and was part of the TAFL Diploma staff at the CLC. She is also an ICDL license holder.
