Steve is an experienced ICT Planning Public Relations Director with 18 years of work at Huawei, including 14 years of experience in the global market. His expertise spans various regions, having worked in Latin America, China, Europe, and the Middle East. Steve’s extensive background includes roles in wireless and core network solution sales and R&D engineering, and he currently serves in Huawei’s Global Government Affairs Department in Shenzhen, China. His areas of focus include wireless networks (5G/5.5G), energy transition, cloud computing, and AI.

In his current role since June 2024, Steve has been instrumental in managing government relations and affairs on a global scale. Prior to this, he led sales efforts in wireless and core network solutions across multiple regions, significantly impacting Huawei’s presence and growth in those markets. From 2007 to 2010, Steve began his career at Huawei as an R&D engineer, focusing on technological innovations that contributed to the company’s ongoing advancements in ICT. With his deep knowledge and experience in the ICT domain, Steve continues to drive impactful strategies and collaborations within the industry.
