Dr. Ramsi Jazmati
Vice president Choiseul Institute Spain , Professor University of Navarra SainDr. Ramsi Jazmati is Vice President of the Choiseul Institute in Spain, a think tank specializing in geo-economics and the impact of international relations on the Spanish economy. He is also a professor at the University of Navarra and a member of the Women Equity Observatory at the Social Promotion Foundation in Madrid. Previously, he served as Director of the Agency for Business Competitiveness of Catalonia’s Regional Government in the Gulf Region. Additionally, Dr. Jazmati is a non-resident fellow at the Mohammed Bin Rashid School of Government in Dubai and a researcher at the Institute of Culture and Society.
Holding a Ph.D. in Organizational Governance and Culture from the University of Navarra, Dr. Jazmati also earned a master’s degree in Bioethics, an MBDU from ESADE Business School, and completed high management programs at IESE Business School. He is an expert in women’s leadership, cultural diplomacy, and geo-economics. A frequent speaker at international forums, he is the author of Leadership of the Emirati Woman: Culture, Tradition, Governance, and Geo-economics and regularly contributes as a columnist on Spain-Arab relations. Fluent in Spanish, Arabic, and English, he continues to engage in academic and diplomatic endeavors.
