Dr. Moenes Iskarous is an innovative leader with over 35 years of technical experience in AI and the semiconductor industry. He has developed strategies and led R&D teams to deliver cutting-edge hardware and software products, with a proven track record in creating significant business opportunities.

Dr. Iskarous earned his MSc and PhD in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Vanderbilt University, Nashville, TN, USA. His research focused on Neural Network architectures applied to Intelligent Robotics and Explainable Models.

He holds a BSc with Honors in Electrical Engineering, with a concentration on Computer and Control, from the College of Engineering at Ain Shams University, Cairo, Egypt.
Throughout his career, Dr. Iskarous has worked at top technology companies, including Intel, SK hynix, and currently Infineon Tchnologies, where he serves as the Chief Technology Officer for Embedded AI. He drives strategy and innovation in Edge Intelligence applied to Multi-modal Generative AI, Humanoid Robotics, and Augmented Intelligence.

Dr. Iskarous serves on multiple Advisory Boards of companies developing AI solutions as well as of academic institutions AI programs.
He holds 8 patents and has published over 25 technical papers as well as an IEEE Senior Member and a referee for various technical publications and conferences.
