Raed Al-Jubouri

Raed Al-Jubouri is an experienced Iraqi diplomat currently serving as the Director of the Department of Arab Organizations and Unions at the General Secretariat of the League of Arab States. He began his career at the Iraqi Ministry of Foreign Affairs, gaining valuable experience in international relations before transitioning to the League of Arab States.

In his role at the General Secretariat, Al-Jubouri has held several key positions, including managing the Council of the League of Arab States, where he played a vital role in coordinating meetings and decisions. As Director of the Maghreb Department, he supervised cooperation and relations with Maghreb countries. With his extensive background in diplomacy and Arab cooperation, he is well-equipped to enhance coordination between Arab organizations and unions.
