H.E. Dr. Ali bin Ibrahim Al-Malk

Dr. Ali bin Ibrahim Al-Malki is a distinguished Qatari diplomat who served as the Ambassador of the State of Qatar to the Republic of the Philippines from 2016 to 2022. During his tenure, he played a pivotal role in strengthening bilateral relations between Qatar and the Philippines, engaging in numerous diplomatic initiatives and fostering cooperation across various sectors. In October 2022, Dr. Al-Malki concluded his six-year diplomatic mission in the Philippines, during which he was recognized for his significant contributions to enhancing the ties between the two nations.

Prior to his assignment in Manila, Dr. Al-Malki served at the Qatari Embassy in Lebanon from 2013 to 2015, further expanding his diplomatic experience in the Middle East. His extensive career reflects his dedication to advancing Qatar’s foreign relations and promoting international cooperation.
