Mr. Khalid bin Abdulaziz Alharfash

Mr. Khalid bin Abdulaziz bin Ali Alharfash Alasiri has been serving as the Director General of the General Department of External Relations at Naif Arab University for Security Sciences since October 2019. Prior to this role, he was the Secretary of the University’s Training Board from 2018. Mr. Alharfash joined the university in 1997 and has held various positions, including Assistant Director of the Public Services Department, Director of Security Exhibitions, and Director of Public Relations and Media. He also served as the Secretary of the Crisis Center and Development of Senior Leaderships in 2016.

Throughout his career, Mr. Alharfash has participated in numerous conferences and meetings both within and outside Saudi Arabia. He has supervised various scientific and training activities and played a key role in organizing the university’s annual graduation ceremony since 2001. He has contributed to media, press, and scientific publications and is the Deputy General Supervisor of the Journal of Security and Life. Mr. Alharfash has received multiple awards, including the Knight Medal from the International Organization for Civil Protection and numerous certificates of appreciation. He holds several academic degrees, including a bachelor’s degree in Science from King Saud University, a higher diploma in Political Science, a master’s degree in Political Science, and a master’s in Strategic Sciences from Naif Arab University for Security Sciences.
