Communication and Computing Systems

Objectives

• This course intended to give basic theoretical knowledge and practical skills sufficient to maintenance technicians, GMDSS operators who are required to provide basic maintenance on the radio equipment. This course provides both theoretical and practical training that starts with components assembly level and basic electronic circuits reaching to the main GMDSS circuit board troubleshooting. After attending this course, the participant will be able to trace and troubleshoot the basic electronic circuits of the GMDSS equipment hands-on the real GMDSS console.
