Objectives

• This course is structured to increase the GMDSS operator’s awareness with the latest updated IMO regulations related to the GMDSS system. This course gives good chance for all mariners to get advanced practical exercises hands on the latest terrestrial and satellites equipment installed on-board vessels. The trainee who attends this course will be able easily to revalidate his GMDSS-GOC license. After attending this course, the trainee will be familiar with the newly GMDSS equipment installed onboard vessels.
