In coordination with the Industry Engagement Unit and as part of the cultural activities of the Technical and Vocational Institute, a seminar was organized on qualification programs for technical personnel to work at Mantrac Heavy Equipment Company.
The seminar was delivered by Eng. Ahmed Shawky, Vocational Training Manager at the company, and Mr. Nour El-Din Ashraf, Talent Management and Development Specialist at the Human Resources Department. The session highlighted the key personal skills required to work at Mantrac, in addition to providing an overview of the most important equipment used by the company.
Students were also guided on how to register their information for employment and training opportunities at the company through an online link that was presented during the seminar.
