ESCWA "Transport and Logistics Committee" - Session 23

The Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport will host the 23rd session of the Transport and Logistics Committee organized by the Executive Secretariat of the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Western Asia (ESCWA). The session will be held on 20 - 21 October 2022, at AASTMT AbuKir Campus - Alexandria.
During "Session 23", the committee will review the activities of "Session 22" that was held during 6 - 7 December 2021, in Cairo, including ESCWA secretariat activities and the transport and logistics developments in the member states. Moreover, the committee will discuss the use of hydrogen in transport, and the available opportunities in the region Arabic, as well as the applications of block chains in the logistics sector.
It is worth to mention that "Session 23" activities will include two discussion panels, the first will be on traffic safety, and the second will be on the preparation of transport professions in the Arab region as well as the future challenges.
