"AASTMT" - "Alex Economic court" Workshop

In keeping with the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport (AASTMT) leading role in looking forward to new future prospects, AASTMT hosted in co-operation the activities of AASTMT and Alex Economic Court workshop that entitled:: "An Insight into the Technical and Legal Framework for Goods Transported by Sea on Commercial Ships” that will be held during the period 3 - 4 March 2021, at AASTMT AbuKir Campus – Alexandria.
""AASTMT" - "Alex Economic court" Workshop was held in the presence of H.E Counselor Sadek Abdel Salam Bilal - President of Alex Economic Court, and H.E Prof. Dr. Ismail Abdel Ghafar Ismail Farag - AASTMT President, in addition to the participation of Counselor, Experts and Specialists, as well as AASTMT Deputies, Advisors, Assistants, and AASTMT College of Maritime Transport and Technology Deans, Agents and Academic Staff members, where the workshop aims to realize all the international technical maritime aspects and treaties related to lawsuits, and the practical application of the articles of the Egyptian maritime trade law with a number of case studies discussed, or through the cargo handling stations in ports or through one of the ships of the companies of the Advisory Council of AASTMT College of Maritime Transport and Technology.
