Fulbright Egyptian Scholar Program – Post-Doctoral Research Grants

The Commission for Educational & Cultural Exchange between the United States of America and the Arab Republic of Egypt of the Binational Fulbright Commission in Egypt announces for “Fulbright Egyptian Scholar Program – Post-Doctoral Research Grants” for the academic year 2019 – 2020, where the Program offers opportunities for Egyptian post-doctoral faculty members in all fields to conduct research at American institutions, where all research fields are eligible, except for the fields of medicine, veterinary medicine, and dentistry, where clinical studies or direct patient contact cannot be included, as the grant will cover the research expenses and residence, health insurance during the grant period, but it should be noted that the cost of travel to and from the United States of America should be covered by the Egyptian employer.
As for "Post-Doctoral Research Grants Program", there will be "Information Sessions" on May 20, May 3 and and June 8(from 11:00 am - 1:00 pm), at Fulbright Office in Egypt - 21 Amer Street, Dokki, Giza, as for attendence, registration will be through the following link: (www.fulbright-egypt.org/program/scholar/).

It is worth to mention that the Binational Fulbright Commission in Egypt was established in 1949 through a protocol between the Egyptian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the U.S. State Department. For nearly seventy years, the Commission’s mandate is to cultivate mutual understanding through educational exchange.

It should be noted that "Submission of on-line application with the supporting documents" will be no later than Wednesday August 1, 2018 (11:59 p.m.), by submitting an electronic form and its attachments through (https://iie.embark.com/apply/visitingscholars).
