AASTMT students training at the International Maritime University of Panama - UMIP

Within the International Student Mobility Program (Panama Co-operation Program 2030) that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Panama inaugurated its third session, as for H.E Prof. Dr. Ismail Abdel Ghafar Ismail Farag - President of the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport (AASTMT) meeting with H.E Mr. Alejandro Bendoza - Ambassador of the State of Panama, and H.E Mr. Ahmed El Gendy - Director of Consular Affairs and Maritime Transport Affairs at the Embassy of Panama, on Thursday 15- 11- 2018, AASTMT Student Medhat Hassan Ibrahim, and AASTMT Student Abdulrahman Alaa Ahmed (AASTMT College of Maritime Transport and Technology students) received a grant for a training at the International Student Mobility Program, where the students trained at the International Maritime University of Panama (UMIP), as the met of UMIP President.
It’s worth to mention that Panama’s Co-operation Program 2030 aims at enhancing the knowledge of Panamanian and foreign university students through the exchange of knowledge, cultures and experiences among participants in various higher education programs, as to increase the intercultural learning and integration, in addition to that the program offers AASTMT College of Maritime Transport and Technology students a scholarship for a semester according to certain conditions, as the most important of them is the academic excellence.
