IAMU Executive Director At AASTMT

The Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport (AASTMT) had received H.E Prof. Dr. Takeshi Nakazawa - Executive Director of the International Association of Maritime Universities (IAMU) on Monday 19 -3- 2018, at AASTMT AbuKir Campus – Alexandria, where His Excellency met H.E Prof. Dr. Ismail Abdel Ghafar Ismail Farag - AASTMT President as to discuss the methods of cooperation that comes with in AASTMT keenness on looking forward to new future prospects, then His Excellency participated in the opening session of AASTMT Industrial Consulting Committee Meeting and visited AASTMT Planetarium, Integrated Simulators Complex (Isc), and AASTMT Maritime Safety Institute (MSI).
It`s worth to mention that IAMU Executive Director presented a lecture on IAMU and AASTMT role as for AASTMT membership of the International Association of Maritime Universities (IAMU) during the period from April 2016 to March 2018, then IAMU selection of AASTMT membership in IAMU Executive Council consecutively for the second time for the period from April 2018 to March 2020, as for AASTMT outstanding participation in the field of maritime education, training, activities and scientific research, as well as in IAMU development projects.
