July 2019 Webometrics Ranking

H.E Prof. Dr. Ismail Abdel Ghafar Ismail Farag - President of the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport (AASTMT) extends his sincere congratulations to all AASTMT Family members (Academic Staff Members, Employees and Students) on July 2019 Webometrics Ranking of World Universities that is considered to be one of the top 4 ratings for universities where the quality of educational services and research in higher education institutions all over the world were assessed, as the research activities of universities and academic staff members are evaluated, in addition to the presence of the University, its activities on the Internet and its assess through external links to the website, and that was held with the participation of 28000 international university in July 2019 Webometrics Ranking of World Universities.
It`s worth to mention that AASTMT kept on the second position at the level of the Egyptian non-governmental universities, achieved the 14th place at the level of Egyptian universities and the 19th place at the level of North Africa universities, also AASTMT reached the position of 2475 in July 2019 evaluation, so that AASTMT current evaluation has been improved about 3109 degrees in July 2019 as compared to 5584 in 2011, as well as AASTMT has participated for the first time among the best 2000 universities in the world in areas of scientific research, as AASTMT had reached the level of 1991.
